Vendor Marketplace Logistics
The Vendor Marketplace is located on an outdoor field adjacent to the Arizona Historical Society Pioneer Museum. 10x10 ($200), 10x20 ($250), and 10x30 ($300) booth spaces are available.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent canopy, canopy leg weights (minimum requirement of 10 lbs per leg, no stakes allowed), tables, chairs, and displays. We are happy to recommend purchase and rental resources for these items.
Vendor setup occurs on Friday, May 29 from 12 pm to 6 pm. If a vendor is unable to complete setup on Friday, the festival grounds will be accessible beginning Saturday, May 30 at 6 am. Vendors are not allowed to begin breakdown until May 31 at 4 pm.
Vehicles and trailers are not allowed on the field. Booth equipment and merchandise must be moved a short distance from the parking area. Festival staff and a UTV are available for vendors who need assistance.
The marketplace is open to festival attendees May 30-31 from 9 am - 4pm. In order for festival attendees to access and enjoy all vendors advertised during festival hours, all vendors must be setup and operating from 9 am to 4 pm on May 30-31.
Overnight security is present on the festival grounds.
State of Arizona and City of Flagstaff Tax Regulations
Vendors are required by the State of Arizona and the City of Flagstaff to have an Arizona transaction privilege tax (TPT) license. The one-time cost for this license through the State of Arizona is $12.00; annual renewal thereafter is free of charge. The City of Flagstaff fee is $20.00 annually. Learn more and apply at the Arizona Department of Revenue. Since each vendor and their business is unique, we recommend reaching out directly to the Arizona Department of Revenue with any TPT-related questions.
Out-of-State Vendors: Please note that if the Flag Wool & Fiber Festival is the only festival and business you will be conducting in the State of Arizona during 2020, a TPT license is not required.
