The Flagstaff Wool and Fiber Festival has an exciting announcement! We will be moving from Coconino Center for the Arts/Pioneer Museum to the Fort Tuthill Fairgrounds for the 2026 festival! As Threaded Together has managed the festival over the past two years, we have received many messages of support and appreciation, as well as lots of valuable feedback and constructive ideas. After seeing the difficulties with the current location first hand, and many discussions as a team, we have decided that the best way to provide for a thriving future of the festival is to move locations. So, we will see you next summer, June 6-7, 2026 at the Fort Tuthill Fairgrounds! Here's what you can expect next year:
-More space for vendors both outside in the open air and inside protected from weather
-Better accommodations for the food vendors (which means we get to have more food vendors!)
-More space for animals to keep them safe and happy all weekend long!
-Indoor facilities for workshops with access to water and electricity!
-Easily accessible camping for vendors and attendees
-Lots of free and accessible parking! No need for a shuttle!
-Everything in one space and on level ground
-New dates, with fewer conflicts with other events!
-Lots of room for the festival to grow!
-Beautiful Flagstaff views of the pines, as always!
-A small admission fee of $10 to help cover costs and ensure the future of the festival, with free admission for kids, workshop participants, and volunteers
We are so excited about what this change means for the future of the Flagstaff Wool and Fiber Festival. We thank all of you who took the time to provide us with feedback and for those who continue to attend the festival year after year! We can’t wait to welcome you back in 2026!
